Product Introduction
The contour measurement sensor independently developed by Beijing Chuangxiang Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. is a linear sensor that can be used as a point laser displacement sensor by switching between point and line buttons.
The measurement principle uses a cylindrical objective lens to expand the laser beam into a strip shape. The laser diffuses on the target object, and the reflected light forms an image on the CMOS. Displacement and shape are measured by checking changes in position and shape. Can be applied to both 2D and 3D measurements.
2D measurement: capable of measuring height, height difference, width, position, shape, cross-section, curvature, flatness, angle, radius, shell thickness, etc;
3D measurement: solder bridge, volume detection; Detecting the welding shape of laser spliced welding plates; Measurement of wood diameter, etc.
It has been applied to precision measurement and testing in universities and research institutions, automotive industry, machinery manufacturing industry, aviation and military industry, metallurgy and materials industry.
